CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULE OF APPOINTMENTS
Leicester MediSpa operates on a 24 hour cancellation policy, and 72 hours for any treatments appointments over 3 hours. If you wish to cancel or rearrange your appointment, we kindly ask you to give us a minimum of 24 hours / 72 hours notice. Cancellations outside the policy time will be charged at the cost of the treatment or taken out of the course of treatments. For Complimentary Consultations, a £50 deposit will be charged if adequate notice is not given. Laser Hair Removal – Deposits will be forfeited for cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice. For all other treatments, the treatment deposit will be charged if adequate notice is not made. Cancellations can be made in person, phone or email to info@leicestermedispa.co.uk – we are open 5 days a week, Tuesday – Saturday 10.30am – 7pm.
DEPOSITS
Our consultation fees are redeemable against treatment but are non-refundable. To secure an appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit amount will vary depending on the treatment you wish to receive.
If you decide not to proceed with the treatment or are found to be unsuitable, the deposit remains non-refundable but can be transferred to other services—unless you cancel or change your mind within 48 hours of making the payment, in which case a full refund may be issued.
We strongly recommend booking a consultation before committing to any treatment. This allows us to assess your medical history and confirm that the treatment is safe and suitable for you.
REFUNDS
All purchases of treatments and treatment courses are non-refundable. However, they may be transferred to alternative aesthetic treatments or converted into a credit note within 14 days of purchase.
Please note that product purchases are non-refundable due to hygiene and safety regulations.
LATE ARRIVALS
We kindly request you to arrive on time for your appointment and allow time to fill out forms at the clinic if you haven’t been able to online. We try our best to accommodate late arrivals however there may be times where your treatment time may have to be reduced or rescheduled to another date. If the treatment has to be moved, a late cancellation fee will apply.
TREATMENTS DISCLAIMER
We achieve significant results on many cases and strive to work with you to achieve the desired result. However, client’s results may vary from person and thus results are not guaranteed. This varies according to biological make up and response, diet, and lifestyle. Please also note we may recommend a change in your treatment programme during your course of treatments to meet your individual needs.
POLICY ON CHILDREN
We regret that we are unable to allow children to remain unaccompanied in the reception area. Our Front of House staff are neither trained nor insured to look after children, and we respectfully ask our clients to refrain from asking our receptionist to watch their children during treatments. For safety reasons, children are not allowed in the laser treatment room at any time.
POLICY ON PETS
We regret that we are unable to allow pets in the treatment rooms for hygiene reasons.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift Vouchers that have been purchased are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, they are valid for 12 months. When booking your appointment please state the voucher number when booking the appointment and bring your gift voucher to your appointment. Any Gift Vouchers that have been won / gifted by Leicester MediSpa may have a shorter validity than 12 months.
PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
All offers are limited to one offer per person and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or product purchases.
COMPLAINTS POLICY
Complaints should be made by e-mail to the manager at Leicester MediSpa, manager@leicestermedispa.co.uk. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days.
