What can I expect from a treatment for acne scarring, using Cutera Secret™ Pro?
A numbing ointment will be applied to your skin, 30 minutes before your treatment and then once this takes effect, the device head will be passed over your skin. Depending on the depth of your acne scars, you may need between 1 and 3 treatments for optimum results. You can return to your daily activities, but you may need to adhere to some aftercare advice, offered to you at the end of your treatment.

Your Leicester Medispa practitioner will conduct a pre-treatment consultation, prior to your Cutera Secret™ Pro procedure, to determine how your individual needs can be met. If you are physically well and have no contraindications which may prevent or restrict the treatment from going ahead, it is most likely that you will benefit from this treatment.
How many treatments using Cutera Secret™ Pro will I need?
On average, between just 1 and 3 treatments are required for optimum results. However, you can discuss your expectations and estimated results with your Leicester Medispa practitioner, in your initial pre-treatment consultation.
When will I see the results?
Improvements in the tone and texture of your skin will appear gradually over the days and weeks that follow your course of treatment, as your skin begins to heal and new collagen tightens and tones your skin. The downtime you may experience can be anything from a day or so, to a week, depending on your individual skin concerns and the depth, intensity and duration of your treatment plan. Any cosmetic downtime that you may experience can be discussed in your initial consultation.
How long do the results last?
The results from a treatment for acne scarring, using the Cutera Secret™ Pro are permanent, as long as the acne is no longer active and you are not forming new acne scars.
