Terms & Conditions:

Referral Eligibility

• The Friend must be a new client to Leicester MediSpa. Existing or previous clients are not eligible.
• Referrals from the same household, or from individuals sharing contact details or the same address, are not eligible.
• The Friend must present their referral card or provide the Referrer’s full name and referral code at the time of booking or at the start of their first appointment.
• Referrals cannot be applied retrospectively after an appointment has taken place.
• The referral reward is only earned when the Friend completes and fully pays for a qualifying treatment at the standard/full treatment price.
• The referral reward cannot be earned from consultations, promotional treatments, offer-price treatments, discounted treatments, introductory-price treatments, complimentary appointments, or treatments purchased as part of any offer or promotion, product purchases.
• Appointments where only a deposit has been paid, including appointments where the deposit is redeemable against a future treatment, do not qualify for the referral reward. The reward is only earned once the Friend has completed the qualifying treatment and the full standard treatment price has been paid.
• If the Friend receives a treatment at an offer, promotional or discounted price, the referral reward will not be earned, even if the treatment itself would otherwise be a qualifying treatment when purchased at the standard/full price.
• The qualifying appointment must be completed and payment received in full before the referral reward is issued.
• A £25 credit will be applied to both the Referrer and the Friend once the Friend has completed their first eligible, fully paid qualifying treatment.

Earning Referral Credits

• A client may refer a Friend regardless of which treatments they have previously received themselves.
• The treatment received by the Referrer does not determine whether they are eligible to earn a referral credit.
• For example, a client who has previously had a consultation may still refer a Friend and earn a £25 referral credit, provided the Friend completes and fully pays for a qualifying treatment at the standard/full treatment price.
• The referral credit is earned based on the Friend completing a qualifying treatment at the standard/full treatment price, with payment received in full.
• If the Friend books a consultation, offer, promotion, discounted treatment, introductory-price treatment, complimentary appointment or a deposit-only appointment, the referral does not qualify for a reward.

Referral credits may only be redeemed against selected eligible treatments.

Excluded treatments

• Botox
• Dermal filler
• Skin analysis
• LHR patch test
• Consultations
• Treatments reviews
• Previously started packages

Referral credits cannot be redeemed against:

• Anti-wrinkle injections
• Dermal filler
• Skin analysis
• Patch tests
• Consultations
• Treatment reviews
• Previously started packages
• Products
• Prescription skincare
• Prescription injectables
• Any offer-price treatment
• Any discounted treatment
• Any promotional treatment
• Any treatment included as part of an offer or promotion

For clarity, a treatment being eligible to earn a referral credit does not necessarily mean that the referral credit can be redeemed against that treatment.

Using Referral Credits

• Credits must be used within 6 months of being issued.
• Expired credits will not be reinstated, and no expiry reminders will be sent.
• Clients are responsible for checking their credit status and ensuring credits are used before expiry.
• Only one referral credit may be used per transaction, regardless of how many have been earned.
• Referral rewards cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers or discounts.
• Referral credits cannot be used towards consultation fees.
• Referral credits are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash.

Privacy

• Referral details and client data will be processed in accordance with Leicester MediSpa’s Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR regulations.

Scheme Changes

• Leicester MediSpa reserves the right to amend, pause or cancel the referral scheme at any time without prior notice.
