As a non-ablative skin resurfacing and rejuvenating laser, the ClearSkin PRO™ is equally effective for other signs of blemished or ageing skin, including:

• Uneven tone, texture or pigmentation
• Loss of collagen in the face, neck, and chest

ClearSkin PRO™ laser is non-ablative, so works by safely heating up targeted areas, without damaging the surrounding tissues. The ClearSkin PRO™ laser also has an integrated contact cooling system to minimise discomfort resulting in virtually no pain. You may feel a slight snapping on to the skin (like an elastic band being flicked) but this is bearable and not painful, numbing cream and injectable anaesthetics are not required.

The ClearSkin PRO™ laser does not cause ablation or tissue evaporation, reducing the likelihood of side effects or downtime. However, you may experience some visible signs of treatment including mild redness and swelling to the treated area which can last up to 24 hours.

You should start to notice initial results around 4 to 6 weeks, following your first treatment and then optimum results at around 12 weeks after your final treatment. The results usually last around 12-18 months, before a maintenance treatment is required one to two times per year.

This depends on the severity of your acne and acne scarring . Generally, initial results tend to be seen after around 2 to 3 sessions and these results should offer permanent improvements. These results will progressively improve after each treatment session however, you might find maintenance sessions are necessary to retain your results. Optimum results can take up to 12 weeks after treatment.
